Our Japan-side team reviews the auction sheet, photos and inspection findings for any condition or import-eligibility issue with this specific vehicle — the kind that a standard auction listing won't show. If something would affect it, we contact you on WhatsApp before the final bid. And if the vehicle shouldn't proceed, your deposit isn't lost: move it to another suitable auction vehicle, or take a refund under Carbarn policy.
