Warranty cover depends on how the vehicle is purchased: Australia Stock and Stock in Japan vehicles include a 3-month NSW dealer warranty plus a 5-year extended warranty for eligible vehicles, while auction-sourced vehicles do not include the 3-month dealer warranty, with the 5-year extended warranty available for eligible vehicles. Eligibility is confirmed per vehicle based on age, odometer, condition and provider criteria.

We procure high quality cars from Japan and directly from customers who sell their vehicles to Carbarn. It’s important to note, we own every car we sell, so we’re responsible for the quality - giving you peace of mind. All our cars undergo roadworthy checks and are refurbished to the best condition possible to meet our quality standards.

Yes, you can start a finance enquiry directly through our website and our finance team will contact you to discuss your options. Submitting an enquiry doesn't affect your credit score, because pre-qualification uses a soft inquiry. A credit check may apply later, only if you choose to proceed to a formal finance application with the provider. Approval, terms and settlement timeframes are set by the lender.

We provide vehicle delivery throughout Australia, with the exception of certain areas. Carbarn offers free delivery in select locations. If you choose doorstep delivery, please provide your delivery location during checkout. Our system will automatically calculate the delivery cost and add it to the total vehicle price. If your delivery address is within Carbarn's free delivery zone, you will receive free delivery.

You can reserve your selection by paying a 5% deposit. The vehicle will be held exclusively for you for 5 days from the date the deposit is received, until full payment is made. A sales representative will keep you updated on the status of the vehicle.
